Hotwire Communications is Hiring a Commissions Analyst Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
Commissions Analyst oversees the tracking, verifying, and submission of commissions on new and renewal residential sales. The Commissions Analyst support provides business executives with a breakdown and follow through of their commission plan on a monthly and quarterly basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive monthly financial evaluation of property opportunities by delivering accurate payout for business executives.
- Manage the development and maintenance of complex financial reports.
- Evaluate drivers and maintain onto models of validity as business conditions transform.
- Create individual and portfolio financial reports.
- Manage delivery and communication of commission plans.
- Work collaboratively with sales and operating teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and senior management for adherence of commission.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar position required.
- Expert Excel level required.
- Database management and Salesforce skills a plus.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proven experience in ownership and management of projects.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
